Based on your assessment findings, we create a custom plan to address your specific deficits and guide you every step of the way.

We help you transition back into your regular activity by building up your body’s tolerance to load and improving it’s resilience.

We help you reach your goals faster: We prioritize getting you back to your sport or activity as fast as we can. All sessions are 1:1, and most treatment plans require only one or two sessions per week.

We help you get you stronger than you were: Your goals are bigger than just hurting less. Our programming goes beyond pain reduction to help you get faster, stronger, or whatever you goals are.

We don’t double book: Your sessions are your time. We don’t double book, pass you off to assistants, or give the computer our attention. Our focus is solely on YOU. If you need extra time in your sessions, we can make it happen.

We don’t rely on passive, band-aid, treatments: Our treatment focuses on strengthening and movement patterns, not just feel-good passive treatments like e-stim and hot packs.

Meet the Doctor

Hey, I’m Dr. Justin! As a physical therapist with a passion for CrossFit, I help athletes recover from injuries, move better, and get back to their workouts through manual therapy and exercise programming.

I graduated from Wheeling University with a doctorate in physical therapy. Prior to this, I studied exercise science at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

I have an extensive background in higher level athletics. With 10 years of competitive soccer experience and 12 years of training in CrossFit, I understand what it takes to perform at a high level, and the struggles that come with this. Using my physical therapy expertise, I was able to overcome an ACL tear and return to unrestricted soccer and CrossFit.

My treatment focuses on functional movement analysis and biomechanics. I am highly knowledgeable about sport performance and advanced weightlifting techniques, rejecting passive treatments to focus on movement quality and motor control instead.
